Pricing

Price depends on user count, the products you choose and how you deploy. We do not publish a fixed number, because a fixed number is wrong for every organization.

How price is determined

  • Active users

Licensing is based on monthly active users, not the total number of accounts.

  • Products selected

Each product is licensed separately. Start with one and add more later.

  • Deployment model

On-premise, dedicated cloud and air-gapped environments carry different setup and operating costs.

  • Support level

From business-hours support to a dedicated SLA with a guaranteed response time.

Start with a pilot

Before an annual agreement we usually start with a scoped pilot: one product, one team, one measurable success criterion.

  1. Technical session

We review your use case, your data and your infrastructure constraints.

  2. Define the metric

We agree up front on the number that decides whether the pilot succeeded.

  3. Deploy the pilot

In your environment, on real data, with a limited team.

  4. Decide

You decide against that metric. If it did not work, we do not continue.

Frequently asked questions

Why is there no price on the site?
Because real cost depends on your deployment model and scale. A published number would overcharge you or undercharge us.
Is there a minimum organization size?
Our products are built for enterprise deployment. For small teams the deployment cost rarely makes sense, and we say so early.
Does the pilot cost anything?
It depends on scope and duration. We are explicit about it in the technical session.
Can we license just one product?
Yes. The products are independent and you do not need all of them.
