Scope of this policy
This policy covers the HomAI website only. Data belonging to organizations that have deployed our products is governed by a separate agreement, and we do not have access to it.
What we collect
Information you enter in the demo request form: your name, work email, organization name, organization size, industry, product of interest, and your optional message.
Limited technical data accompanying each form submission: a hashed (never raw) IP address and your browser type. These are used to prevent abuse and bulk submissions.
Why we hold it
Solely to answer your request and to contact you about that request. We do not sell your information or share it with third parties for marketing.
Retention
Form data is kept for as long as it is needed to follow up on a possible engagement. On your request, it is deleted sooner.
Your rights
You may ask to see, correct or delete your information. Use the contact page to make that request.
Analytics and cookies
We use privacy-preserving analytics to measure site usage, and we do not place advertising tracking cookies on this site.
